Join NYP Medical Group Brooklyn, where we are pioneering the future of surgical care. Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously. Clearly explain procedures, monitor patient needs during procedures, and respond to inquiries promptly. Document patient conditions and perform routine assessments such as measuring height, weight, vision, hearing, pulse, and blood pressure. Draw blood and collect specimens as needed.

Position: Technician Medical Surgical - NYP Medical Group Brooklyn – Neurology

Assist with diagnostic procedures, maintain sterile fields, and handle specimens. Support patient care activities, maintain supplies, and ensure a safe environment. May handle administrative tasks like answering phones and scheduling. Perform other duties as required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30am-6:30pm; Wednesday & Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Located at 263 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Travel within Brooklyn Medical Group may be required.

Preferred Criteria:

• Medical Assistant Certification
• One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual in Spanish

• High School Diploma or GED
