We are hiring immediately for a part-time Technician Maintenance position at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Crothall Healthcare - 1 Convention Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, days may vary, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Housekeeping, floor care, and customer service experience required.

Pay Range: $18.21 to $19.92 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs maintenance duties including repairs, cleaning, and operation of plant and campus facilities. Supports fleet maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment upkeep, and routine tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Maintains logs, responds to emergencies, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or groundskeeping experience in a similar environment.
• Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and infection control areas. Must meet deadlines and be available to work weekends and nights as needed.
