We currently have openings in our Maintenance Department for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Cincinnati, OH facility. In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and electrical work across all manufacturing departments in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include:

• Repair electrical systems: Maintain and repair electrical systems for day and night shifts, making recommendations for improvements and determining necessary parts and equipment.
• Follow safety instructions: Adhere to all safety regulations, clean up after each job, and be on-call for after-hours repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain departmental compliance with certification standards and good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards, including cleaning of repaired equipment.

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to safe work practices, especially when working on energized and de-energized high/low voltage circuits
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• At least 3 years of industrial electrical experience (highly preferred)
