Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day operational and mechanical functions of the facility.
• Perform maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Adjust and repair Heath Center and Assisted Living equipment. e., which includes wheelchairs, beds, and walkers
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on HVAC equipment
• Performs a variety of plumbing maintenance
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Make minor plumbing and electrical repair
• On call as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or GED

Certification in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical

Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems operations

Plumbing experience
