Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operational and mechanical functions of the facility.
• Perform maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Adjust and repair Heath Center and Assisted Living equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, beds, walkers).
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust HVAC equipment.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Make minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• On call as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
