Job summary

BioTissue, a GMP-compliant materials management environment, seeks a detail-oriented Technician to support receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials, consumables, and finished goods in our Miami facility. You will ensure regulatory adherence and maintain accurate inventory records as part of a fast-paced team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; logistics coursework a plus.
  • 0-2 years in materials management, warehousing, or logistics (GMP environment preferred).
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling within a regulated industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
  • Accurately document material transactions in the ERP/MRP system.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Skills & Abilities

Essential Duties Definition:

  • Working knowledge of software such as MS Outlook, Excel and other MS Office products.
  • ERP experience preferred but not required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and record keeping is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to wear protective clothing (goggles, face shield, surgical mask, cap, gloves and scrubs).
  • The employee may be exposed to biohazards.
Position Expertise/Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in materials management, warehousing, or logistics (preferably in a GMP environment).
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling within a regulated industry.
  • The ability to follow strict protocols, work in controlled environments (cleanrooms, cold storage), and handle sensitive materials.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
