Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Raleigh, NC is hiring for a manufacturing technician in the Purified Value Stream. This onsite role supports transforming raw materials into final products, performing decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connection software, with a Monday–Friday shift 12:30pm–9:00pm.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; life science experience and 12 months lab experience are a plus; strong Excel and Word skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 12 months of lab experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform the manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including: decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
• Operate instruments in the lab that are needed to complete the tasks by following all work instructions and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Support daily management: assessment to drive problem solving with data and suggest countermeasures.

Shift: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform the manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including: decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
• Operate instruments in the lab that are needed to complete the tasks by following all work instructions and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Strictly adhere to customer specific as well as general work instructions and SOPs.
• Support daily management: assessment to drive problem solving with data and suggest countermeasures.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Life Science work experience.
• 12 months of lab experience
• Excellent computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
