Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Technician II for an on-site role in Coralville, IA. You will formulate custom oligonucleotides according to customer orders and report to the Synthesis Supervisor in a fast-paced lab environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with some laboratory experience and strong MS Office skills. A related associate degree or higher and additional lab experience are a plus for this role.

The Technician ll is responsible for formulating custom oligonucleotides according to the customer's order using various techniques.

This position reports to the Synthesis Supervisor and is part of the Commercial and Regulated Products Value Stream located in Coralville, IA, and will be an on-site role.

SHIFT: F-Sun 7am-7:30pm

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Some laboratory experience
• Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• An associate degree or higher
• 12 months of lab experience; Life Science work experience preferred
• Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
