Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Technician II for disassembly and painting areas at our Pennsylvania locations. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with diesel/natural gas engines, powertrain components, and hydraulic systems.

You will perform pre-wash, disassembly, cleaning, part evaluation, paint prep, and painting tasks, using SIS 2.0 and DBS. Join a team with a long-standing presence and broad service footprint.

Qualifications

• A good mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines, power train components, hydraulic components and/or subcomponents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude for disassembly and reassembly.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with contamination-control guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and keep accurate records.
• Use personal hand tools and work in a Windows-based environment.
• Perform pre-wash, disassembly, cleaning, part evaluation, and paint prep.
• Apply paint and operate SIS 2.0 and DBS systems.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Technician II for Disassembly / Paint Areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Possess good mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned work areas in compliance of contamination control guidelines.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain record keeping.
• Must have necessary hand tools to complete the work assigned.
• Must be familiar with a Windows-based computer environment.

Job Scope Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Pre-wash
• Disassembly
• Cleaning parts
• Evaluation of parts for reuse
• Prep components for paint
• Paint
• Use of SIS 2.0 and DBS

Components are not limited to specific make or model.
