Overview and Essential Functions

What you'll do...

  1. Review active construction projects in the field, walk and review completed projects, ensure site cleanup, and verify that close-out documentation is complete.
  2. Ensure active construction work meets Lambert's requirements and customer satisfaction standards.
  3. Verify that internal CORE documentation matches the completed LCS and customer requirements, and report issues or compliance problems to market leadership.
  4. Make minor field corrections to installations if issues are identified.
  5. Handle small materials and deliver them to field crews.
  6. Operate, work with, and report via general computer applications, etc.

Who we are looking for...

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Underground Utility Construction Industry; training will be provided for the right applicant.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Willingness to work solo and in team environments.
  • Experience working in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
