Qualifications

• 0–2 years in manufacturing, production, or mechanical environment preferred.
• Quality and safety minded.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic PC skills, math skills, and product knowledge.
• Basic electronic / electrical knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, read, and interpret process documentation to perform a variety of automated testing.
• Interpret test data to determine pass / fail results.
• Troubleshoot test failures, equipment malfunctions, and product issues to determine root cause and support corrective actions.
• Operate test equipment (multimeter) and automated test systems.
• Basic soldering of surface mount components.
• Other duties as assigned.

For over 70 years, the Mount Holly Springs facility has provided solutions for Satellite Constellations, Deep Space Exploration Missions, Military Systems, GPS, Communication Networks, and much more. Essential Responsibilities
