Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a technician to build our new generation of Spacecraft in Centennial, CO. You will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations, following engineering drawings and direction to deliver robust assemblies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in spacecraft or space products assembly, proficiency with harness fabrication and cleanroom protocols, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly.
• Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration.
• Reading drawings, process sheets, instructions.
• Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations.
• Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation.
• Passion for the space industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with torquing, staking.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.
• Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities.
• Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.
• Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies.
• Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

• Technician Level 1: $32-41/hr
• Technician Level 2: $40-55/hr

This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

• Work Location – this is a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office.
• Work environment – the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
• Physical demands – the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
