Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Spacecraft Assembly Technician to join the Centennial, CO team. You will contribute to building our next generation of spacecraft, handling all aspects from component assembly to final integration, under engineering direction.

The role requires 2+ years in spacecraft assembly, proficiency with drawings, cleanroom processes, and harness fabrication. You will work on onsite equipment and participate in safe, collaborative manufacturing practices with opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly.
• Technique-focused assembly & integration能力.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Experience with ESD, FOD, and cleanroom operations.
• Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly is looking for a technician to build our new generation of Spacecraft. In this role you will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.
• Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities.
• Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.
• Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies.
• Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical degree or certification in relevant field
• 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly
• Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration
• Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, instructions
• Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations
• Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation
• Passion for the space industry
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with torquing, staking
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment

COMPENSATION

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-based approach and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

• Work Location— this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office.
• Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
