Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Fleet Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and service company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability. The role involves preventive maintenance, tire service, and use of diagnostic equipment.

Highlights include first shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and a pay rate of $22.23 per hour. On-site duties and teamwork are essential to meet our fleet standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive or fleet maintenance and repair.
• Experience with tire replacement, service, and wheel balancing.
• Ability to operate lifts, tire machines, wheel balancers, and diagnostic equipment safely.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance and inspections on company vehicles.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related issues.
• Repairs and replaces defective vehicle components and systems using hand and power tools.
• Performs tire rotations, tire inspections, and wheel balancing.
• Mounts and dismounts tires using appropriate tire service equipment.
• Performs oil changes, lubrication services, fluid checks, and other scheduled maintenance.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Description

Overview:

Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and in proper operating condition. Performs preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, tire replacement, wheel balancing, and other vehicle-related services.

Here’s what you'll do:

• Performs routine preventive maintenance and inspections on company vehicles.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related issues.

• Experience with tire replacement, tire service, and wheel balancing
• Ability to safely operate vehicle lifts, tire machines, wheel balancers, diagnostic equipment, and other shop tools
• Ability to work with little or no supervision; and as a team member
• Valid driver’s license required
