Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in Utah is seeking an entry- to mid-level technician to set up, verify, and run automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.

You will document test data and perform routine changeovers under supervision to keep the assembly and packaging process moving smoothly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate teamwork, basic computer skills, and technical ability in automated systems.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates technical ability required to run automated processes with training.
• Demonstrates computer skills using required programs such as required by job.
• Ability to work well as a team member.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

• Sets up and runs automated equipment.
• Performs and records test data necessary to verify the assembly / packaging process.
• Performs minor tooling changeovers under supervision and guidance.
• Cleans and resolves component feeding issues with equipment, as instructed.
• Performs other duties and tasks as required.
