TransCore (TCI) in Bonifay, FL is seeking a Technician I to join our team. This role performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair, and installation of company products, including electrical, data, and fiber optic work to support field installations.
You will install equipment, test devices, complete reports, and respond to maintenance requests within established timeframes. A Class B CDL and basic technical knowledge are required.

This position may include various aspects of field support and installation, including but not limited to electrical, data, and fiber optic cable installation; conduit and pull box installation; and pole and foundation installation. Determines the most effective methods for installing equipment to maximize efficiency.

Work is frequently performed outdoors and in active roadway environments with exposure to moving traffic, moving mechanical parts, and varying weather conditions. Must be able to safely work in active roadway environments near moving traffic and comply with all applicable safety requirements and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
