Job summary

Eck Services, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer/Technician to join our Wichita team. You will install, start up, and service residential HVAC systems, read blueprints, and collaborate with crews to deliver quality work.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $35 per hour with bonuses and commissions. Expect year-round, full-time work, with company-provided tools, iPads, and modern trucks. Weekend shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC install experience required.
• EPA certification; Journeyman/Master license a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read blueprints and job plans.

What You’ll Do

• Install, replace, and start up residential HVAC systems
• Perform quality ductwork, refrigeration piping, and equipment setting
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans
• Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites, often as part of a crew
• Communicate professionally with customers, GCs, and team members
• Complete required documentation and use company-approved apps and tools (company iPad provided)
• Participate in ongoing training and follow all company safety procedures

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer or Technician
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation best practices, and code requirements
• EPA certification; Journeyman or Master license is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, roofs, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset

• $200 boot/jean allowance each year
