Job summary

TurnPoint Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. You will ensure systems operate correctly, test performance, and provide top-tier customer service to families.

The role emphasizes training apprentices, maintaining inventory, and accurate record-keeping. A Journeyman license and EPA certification are preferred assets for advancement within our growing Missouri-based team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems following manufacturer specs and company requirements.
• Install equipment in customers' homes and ensure proper operation.
• Inspect and test new systems for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor apprentices on repairs and installations.
• Maintain stock, vehicle parts, and accurate invoices/timecards.

Role Overview

Role Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
• Install various HVAC equipment in customers' homes, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, outdoor coils, outdoor units, repairing refrigerants, txv, compressors, etc.
• Ensure that new systems work efficiently by inspecting and testing them.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Adhere to standard processes and procedures of the company, including properly stocking company vehicles with necessary parts, returning unused and defective parts, and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, stocked and well inventoried.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of Residential HVAC Install Experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC License
• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $39.00 /Hr.
