Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to operate and maintain HVAC systems for a high-capacity processing facility. The role covers boilers, furnaces, Freon refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, air dehumidification, and ventilation equipment.

The candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document activities, and ensure EMAINT/compliance alignment. This position requires adherence to GMP, GMP-like practices, and PSM safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience operating large refrigeration and HVAC systems including industrial electrical experience and control systems.
  • Experience with refrigeration piping, liquid recirculation, and reading piping & instrumentation drawings.
  • Familiarity with reciprocating and screw compressors, evaporative condensers, and room cooling.
  • Knowledge of lockout/tag out programs and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems for a large capacity processing facility.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and corrective work as needed on HVAC systems.
  • Document maintenance and inspections per EMAINT and Compliance programs.
  • Ensure safety, food safety, and regulatory guidelines are followed; work safely per company rules.

Operate and maintain HVAC systems. This position reports to the Maintenance ManagerESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.)Operate and maintain HVAC systems for large capacity processing facility. Boilers, Furnaces, and Freon refrigeration systems, along with compressors, condensers, air dehumidification and ventilation systems.Perform preventative maintenance, and corrective work as needed, on the Facilities HVAC systems.Document all maintenance and inspection activities in accordance with our EMAINT and Compliance programs.Comply with, and monitor operations for compliance within specified safety, food safety, and regulatory guidelines.Work in a safe manner consistent with all Company rules and excellent work practices.PlumbingEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:High School diploma or its equivalency.
