Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking Technicians to keep a fleet of heavy equipment, cranes, and diesel trucks in good working order in Lorton, Virginia. The role is full-time and year-round, based at the shop and on jobsites, with early start times and possible overtime.
Base hourly range is $20.00–$35.00. Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening.

Start time is 6:00 AM. Overtime, nights and weekends may be required.
For this role the base hourly range is $20.00-$35.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
