Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years in pre-press and print production techniques including color separations and color corrections.
• Experience with graphic design tools and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook.
• Strong time management, organization and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, customers, printing and other personnel to create, design and produce artwork that meets or exceeds customer specifications.
• Test prototypes based on specifications.
• Ensure accurate, on time completion of high-quality design work using standard software, tools and processes.
• Meets and reports on status of goals and metrics.
• Makes recommendations for improvements and tools.
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Tasks

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Education Bachelors’ Degree

• Experience 4+ years with proficient understanding in pre-press and print production techniques including color separations, color conversion/correction, profiling, trapping/bleeding of imagery, color rotation

• Experience using graphic design tools and software

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.

• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
