Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart is hiring General Maintenance Technicians! You will make an impact as a maintenance technician by diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance duties for all commercial equipment to support our Walmart stores. You will be responsible for developing preventative maintenance schedules, completing assigned PMs within the specified timeframe, and conducting training for Store Associates on equipment care and cleaning.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment).
• Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality.
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules by documenting and updating required information (e.g., work orders, logs, expense vouchers).

You’ll excel if you:

• Have previous maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment, etc.).
• Value customer service and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Drive personal accountability and manage time effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years' maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean record; ability to pass MVR.
• Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

The hourly wage range is $19.00-$35.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...
