Job summary

Field Operators are needed in Southeast Midland, TX to join ExxonMobil's team. This role involves operating wells and production equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting daily operational plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in oilfield production operations and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

What You'll Need

• Completed secondary education
• Previous experience as a Field Technician, Lease Operator, Pumper, or similar
• Pumper and gas-lift experience
• Experience with ESP and plunger-lift operations
• Strong knowledge of pipeline and field production operations
• Strong knowledge of safety and operations-management tools and processes
• Broad knowledge of emergency-preparedness procedures
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, project philosophy, design specifications, and relevant commercial agreements
• Computer proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Safety, Health, and Environmental aptitude
• Must reside locally within the Southeast Midland area
