This position requires at least 80% travel within Austin, TX, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, and potentially Denver, CO. It offers a generous company-provided Food Per Diem, Hotel, and a Company Vehicle!

Prior construction and/or framing experience is a plus! Leadership experience is also beneficial.

What you’ll do as a Technician Fiber Installation

• Install, disconnect, troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services
• Set up and configure equipment
• Identify and address customer-perceived issues
• Review services with customers to ensure understanding
• Educate customers on product and service usage
• Maintain vehicle and equipment
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed
• Perform in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work at heights, in confined spaces, operate vehicles and machinery, perform physical tasks including lifting over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladders, keyboards, and mice
