Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years for CMV.
• Ability to read and speak English per FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.

This role involves performing routine equipment maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and managing work orders through electronic systems. The technician collaborates with facility teams to address service requests, supports seasonal exterior maintenance, and ensures vehicles and tools are properly maintained. What you’ll bring

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high‑pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
• Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
• Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre‑hire contingency and maintain a minimum of a 90‑day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card.

No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.

No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.

No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.

No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.

As required by Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.

Valid state‑issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.

Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.

Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Preferred Qualifications...
