Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician in Facility Services to perform power washing exterior maintenance at its Cincinnati locations. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas, while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certifications

Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and maintain a minimum of a 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card.

No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.

No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.

No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.

No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.

As required by Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.

Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.

Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.

Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California).
