Job summary

Jobtailor in Centennial, CO is seeking a power washing and exterior maintenance technician. You'll operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, assess areas to clean, set appropriate pressure and temperatures, and work with a team.

Qualifications

Maintain MEC card for 90 days minimum.
No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving convictions in last 3 years (if driving CMV).
Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI within last 5 years.

Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces
Follow safety procedures while performing power washing and exterior maintenance
Respond to work order requests
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry

State-issued driver's license held for at least 3 years
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card
No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless-driving convictions involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
No serious traffic violations within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
No preventable accidents within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to read and speak English
Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last 5 years
Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
High school diploma or equivalent is required

Demonstrates expertise in operating and maintaining power washing equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records in the power washing and exterior maintenance industry.
