What you'll do... This role involves coordinating work assignments, overseeing material procurement, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The position requires troubleshooting, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers to uphold facility standards. Proven ability to manage departmental operations, including budgeting, purchasing, and project prioritization. Experience in sourcing, verifying, and approving materials, equipment, and supplies to meet quality and cost standards. Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to lead third‑party providers, conduct performance evaluations, and develop quality assurance inspections. Effective problem‑solving and customer service skills to assess and resolve facility‑related issues. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
