The Continental Automotive Group is hiring Service Technicians and Apprentices in Austin, TX. We offer fast-track advancement, continuous paid training, free uniforms, boot allowance, and sign-on bonuses as part of a broad development program.

This role focuses on preventative maintenance and basic vehicle services across Honda vehicles. With no experience required, you will be taught the basics and gain hands-on experience with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in an express lube position in a high volume environment is required.
• Must have a love for cars!
• Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a good driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance services, fluid exchanges, and filter replacement
• Tire rotations, flat-repairs, and computerized balancing
• Brake system adjustments
• Basic vehicle inspections

Compensation

• $20 per clock hour training pay for the first pay period
• Starting at $22.50 per flag hour (with experience)

Shop Hours

• Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
• 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday
• 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday
