Camping World is seeking a Technician Detailer to clean RVs inside and out and prepare units for customer purchase and showroom display. The role combines dealership duties with hands-on maintenance in a hybrid schedule, offering variety and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include light mechanical work, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and potential cross-training to operate forklifts while supporting the team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping or car detailing experience preferred.
• Experience in light mechanical work.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.
• May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

This is a hybrid role for the dealership, so you'll get to experience twice the variety in day-to-day tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Clean RVs inside and outside
• Prep RV for customer purchase and showroom floor
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform light mechanical work such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks, applying silicone, helping hang awnings, etc.
• May cross train to perform other duties (driving forklifts, etc.)
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$15.77-$18.93 Hourly
