Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Construction Equipment Repair Experience.
• 2–4 years preferred as construction equipment technician.
• Ability to follow OEM specifications.
• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities for construction equipment.
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems and diesel engines.
• Proficiency in providing basic hand tools and working from schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on a full line of construction equipment.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting for minor and major repairs.
• Read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics, technical blueprints, service and parts diagrams.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with Service and Parts Teams.
• Willing to work overtime and be on a rotating on-call list.
• Perform pre and post trip inspections on service trucks per DOT regulations.
