Job summary

Holman is seeking an Automotive Technician with Electric Vehicle experience to join Busy Auto Park Kia. The role involves servicing and repairing vehicles per repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, and staying current with evolving auto diagnostics technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• KIA and EV certification is highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager, performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs; maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnostics technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics arena.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20–$27 USD per hour.
