Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Moses Lake, WA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. Join a friendly, collaborative team and start with no automotive experience needed thanks to our award-winning training program.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance and provide top-tier customer service. You’ll learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights and batteries, and complete an 18-point safety check.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training with no automotive experience required.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Able to read and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Check and refill fluids and inspect vehicle systems.
• Rotate tires and test/battery checks.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Spanish fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 poundsCrouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your headBe comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
