Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a production worker to support assembly, high level assembly and rework to meet customer requirements.

You will adapt to changing plans, participate in improvements, and work with cross-functional teams while maintaining a safe, quality-focused approach.

Minimum high school diploma, 3 years related experience; 5+ preferred; machine maintenance experience desired; SFT training; fulltime position with competitive pay.

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of related experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Previous machine maintenance experience desirable.
  • Complete all levels of available SFT training for related equipment.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support production by assembling, performing high level assembly and rework to meet customer requirements.
  • Adapt to changes in work plans and priorities while maintaining composure.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share information to enhance outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications and training for the role and complete tasks on time.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Salary Range: $35,200.00 - $52,800.00

Purpose Statement

To support production by skillfully performing tasks and adhering to strict quality and safety standard for assembly, high level assembly and rework to meet customer requirements.

  • Demonstrates competency in job knowledge and skills, able to apply new work requirements with minimal supervision and willing to take on additional assignments.
  • Ensures all certifications and training requirements for the role are up-to-date, manages workload effectively, and consistently completes assignments on time without compromising quality.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required.
  • Three (3) years of related experience is required; Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • Previous machine maintenance experience is desired.
  • Complete all levels of available SFT associated with related equipment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
