Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a team member to manage accounts in Decorah, Iowa. The role involves providing assistance and training while maintaining commercial equipment functionality. You will install and test equipment, ensure customer satisfaction, and perform various tasks to support our food distribution operations.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and prior experience in sales or maintenance. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment where excellent customer service is key.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of equipment sales and/or maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years equipment sales and/or maintenance within foodservice industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and provide training to those accounts.
• Maintain commercial equipment functionality.
• Install and test commercial equipment.
• Assist in determining best equipment for applications.
• Provide face-to-face customer service.
• Drive to customer sites for problem resolution.
• Prepare service or installation schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing accounts in geographical area providing assistance and training to such accounts by maintaining proper functioning of various commercial equipment. Installs and tests various equipment. Assists customers and sales people to determine best equipment or products for application. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner while providing accurate and timely information. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
