Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Road and Shop Technicians for Agricultural Equipment. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain large agricultural equipment for customers or dealers.

The role focuses on both road and shop settings with a hands-on, diagnostics-driven approach. The position offers $20-$40/hr based on technician level, plus a $1,250 tool allowance annually, uniform allowance, overtime, a company vehicle for road work, a fuel card, PTO accrued immediately, and involvement in company

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using tools and Technical Manuals procedures.
