Job summary

SunStrong Management is seeking a Technician 3 to diagnose solar system issues, troubleshoot complex outages, and lead field crews on service work. You will direct Tech 1 and Tech 2 teammates and ensure first-pass resolution with high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 2+ years in solar, strong troubleshooting and leadership, and a valid driver’s license. Outdoor, roof work and driving are routine elements of the job.

THE TECHNICIAN 3 POSITION

SunStrong is searching for a technician 3 to be responsible for solar diagnostics, troubleshooting, and leading field crews on service work.

TECHNICIAN 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve solar system issues:
• Inverter failures
• System underperformance
• Complex troubleshooting
• Lead crews on service jobs
• Direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members
• Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
