Job summary

Promera seeks a Cleaning Technician 2 in San Antonio to maintain clean and safe environments protecting critical infrastructure. You will follow safety protocols, operate cleaning tools, and report hazards to safeguard sensitive equipment while supporting operational efficiency.

The role requires OSHA-10 and Ladder certifications, up-to-date cleaning credentials, and the ability to travel occasionally. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read/speak English at grade 5 level.
• Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 3–6 months of cleaning/maintenance experience.
• OSHA-10 certification required.
• Ladder certification required.
• Certified in Equipment & Environment Cleaning L1-L3.
• Certified in Underfloor Cleaning L0-L3.
• Certified in Top of Floor Surface Cleaning L1-L2 and Carpet L1.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and wear the right safety gear.
• Use tools and equipment the correct way.
• Report anything unsafe right away.
• Be ready for emergencies like spills, fires, or leaving the building quickly.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Finish work on time and do your best.
• Communicate well with team and supervisor.
• Obtain OSHA 10 safety certificate within six months of starting.

What You’ll Need

• Basic technology experience.
• Be allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, at any time.
• Minimum 3 - 6 months experience.
• OHSA-10 certification required.
• Ladder Certification required.
• Certified in Equipment & Environment Cleaning L1 to L3.
• Certified in Underfloor Cleaning L0 - L3.
• Certified in Top of Floor Surface Cleaning (HPL or VCT) L1 to L2 and Carpet L1.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Show up on time and work your full schedule.
• Let your team know ahead of time if you'll be absent.
• Be okay with changes in your work schedule.
• Ability to follow detailed instruction.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Be willing to travel and stay overnight for work when needed.
