Your new responsibilities

Job Summary:

Works independently with limited supervision leading daily operations of teams or groups, or as a higher-level technical resource.

Maintains production requirements, provides training, and directs process improvements, as well as optimization of the processes and equipment to improve efficiency,outputand performance.

Monitors the operation and maintenance of assigned pieces of complex high-speed lamp making equipment in a fast-paced environment.

This machinery includes electrical,pneumaticand mechanical components that interact simultaneously,comprising ofa production line system.

In conjunction with department Maintenance Foreman,Engineersand Management, they will develop process,maintenanceand equipment improvement strategies to yield continuous improvement results.

The Technician will also foster team excellence through direct support for the Managers, Maintenance Foreman, Supervisors,Engineersand hourly production associates.

Will berequiredtoutilizevarious forms of testing equipment, follow detailed product specifications and prints.

Will berequiredtomaintaintheappropriate production, quality, SPC, maintenance records for assigned position, and to interact with machine information systems.

At any time mayassistin lower grade jobs in the department

Ability to perform project work.

The incumbent must be able to work flexible hours (overtime, weekends) and shutdown periods as required on a continual basis to address the technical concerns and needs of all shifts and the department.

Tech Qualifications:
