Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking a Technician 1 in Reno to perform final assembly of medical devices, conduct thorough product inspections, and execute re-work as needed. The role requires following SOPs, working with the team, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:00PM shift with pay at 18.00 USD hourly, targeting candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in medical manufacturing.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Technician 1 to work with a leading medical device company in Reno. This role focuses on the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of high-quality products.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• High school diploma or above (vocational training or associate degree preferred)
• Previous work experience in medical manufacturing
• Ability to read and follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
