Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and related devices.
• Troubleshoot operating system errors, software conflicts, and other device issues.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Follow established procedures for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Document repairs, issues identified, parts replaced, and work performed.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and freshers are welcome to apply. We provide hands‑on training to help you develop practical skills in computer repair, hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and device testing.

As a Repair Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test laptop and other electronic devices. You will work with hardware and software issues, replace damaged components, complete repair documentation, and ensure devices meet our quality standards before leaving the workshop.

Key Responsibility:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptop and related devices.
• Troubleshoot operating system errors, software conflicts, and other device issues.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Follow established procedures for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Perform quality control checks before devices are completed.
• Accurately document repairs, issues identified, parts replaced, and work completed.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation.
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and repair quality.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
• Interest in computer hardware, electronics, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and established repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with computer, laptop, Chromebook, or electronics repair is a plus but not required.
• CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications are a plus but not required.

Training & Career Growth:

As an authorized service provider for Lenovo, eligible employees may complete Lenovo training and certification courses. This is primarily an in-shop position, allowing technicians to focus on hands‑on repair work with limited customer interaction.
