Job summary

Cell Tech Inc in Greenville, SC is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test laptops, Chromebooks, and other electronic devices. This entry-level role offers hands-on hardware work and opportunities to develop skills in electronics repair.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule (7AM–3PM), with a training path and a pay progression after 90 days. A High School Diploma is required, and CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware issues in laptops, Chromebooks, and other electronic devices.
• Perform laptop and device repair according to established procedures.

• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and device status.
• Follow warranty and non-warranty repair guidelines.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations while maintaining repair accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and safe repair workstation.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical proficiency, including basic computer skills and data entry.

Training Path

Your training will begin with a week-long hands‑on experience, balancing structured courses with guided, practical assignments on basic hardware replacements. By the end of your training, you’ll be equipped to handle a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be offered as needed.
