You will learn hands‑on repair skills through structured training and work with hardware and software issues, following documented procedures and quality standards. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow through Lenovo-certified training and on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
• Interest in computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and related devices.
• Troubleshoot operating system errors, software conflicts, and other device issues.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Follow established procedures for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Document repairs, issues identified, parts replaced, and work performed.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to maintain workflow.
