Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice to join a construction team in Minnetonka, MN. This role combines hands‑on construction work with advanced layout technology using Bot-Mark equipment. The position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in carpentry, framing, and construction layout while working in an active job site environment. Technicians will prioritize building layout for new projects and, during slower periods, support framing, carpentry, and general labor tasks. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long‑term career growth and on‑the‑job training.

Job Duties

• Perform building layout using Bot-Mark equipment to prepare for framing and construction
• Work on‑site daily using hand tools and power tools
• Assist with framing, carpentry, and general construction tasks
• Support demolition activities and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Read and measure accurately using a tape measure
• Troubleshoot job site issues and contribute to practical solutions
• Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with team members
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and construction technologies
