Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to inspect, identify, and treat areas infested by insects, rodents, and other pests. The technician will work with both residential and commercial clients to provide safe and effective pest management solutions, following all safety guidelines and company protocols.

Responsibilities
  1. Inspection and Assessment – Inspect buildings and surrounding areas for signs of pest infestation.
  2. Treatment Planning – Develop appropriate pest control strategies based on findings, choose safe product or mechanical methods, and educate clients on safety precautions and follow‑up requirements.
  3. Application of Treatments – Apply products, traps, or other control methods in accordance with regulations, using equipment such as sprayers, bait stations, and foggers, while minimizing risk to people, pets, and the environment.
  4. Recordkeeping and Documentation – Maintain detailed records of services performed, products used, and treatment outcomes, and report pest issues or corrective actions to supervisors or clients.
  5. Customer Service – Communicate clearly with clients about pest control options and preventive measures, address concerns, and provide follow‑up visits when needed.
  6. Compliance and Safety – Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding product use and safety, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep up to date with training.
  7. Equipment Maintenance – Clean and maintain pest control tools and vehicles, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before use.
