Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair arcade games across our locations. You will perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in like-new condition and collaborate with management to execute maintenance plans.

Applicants should have a high school diploma with some technical training, at least one year of technical experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Equal opportunity employer.

• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
