Job summary

Unilode-Aviation is seeking a skilled Technician to perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in alignment with OEM technical publications and Unilode's MRO standards.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across our MRO facilities, contributing to on-time production and smooth station operations. Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts and the ability to handle physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and quality systems.
• Ability to read technical publications, drawings, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per OEM publications and MOE.
• Identify and complete additional maintenance (re-work) as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
• Record maintenance activities accurately and report discrepancies.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining containers or pallets and repair documentation.

Description

The Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in compliance with OEM technical publications and Unilode's operational standards. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance within Unilode's MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities, contributing to smooth station operations and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform High-Quality Repairs and Maintenance

• Conduct repairs in accordance with OEM technical publications and company MOE.
• Identify and complete additional maintenance (re-work) requirements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and promptly report discrepancies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to operational and safety standards.

The Small Print:
