Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking an enthusiastic arcade technician to keep our games running and guests smiling across our centers. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance.

You’ll work with the Technical/General Manager to implement maintenance plans, manage game parts, and assist guests with issues. This on-site role requires a High School diploma or technical training and at least one year of experience, plus the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• At least one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
