Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Manhattan, MT. The Technician will assist in the manufacturing of composite prepregs and laminates, including preparing materials, operating production equipment, and monitoring processes for quality and consistency. Daily tasks may include mixing and handling resins, setting up and calibrating machinery, performing routine inspections, and recording production data. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement. The Technician will also help with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished materials for shipment in accordance with company standards.
