Main Event in Lubbock, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Technician to maintain and repair arcade games, bowling equipment, and center systems. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work, troubleshoot issues, and keep inventory organized while prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction.

The role offers on-the-job training, a team-centric culture, and opportunities to advance in a growing entertainment venue. Evening and weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work for repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble/replace/repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.

As a Technician, you are knowledgeable about the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options and ensure they are performing properly and safely. You are responsible for supporting the maintenance of the center’s equipment, building, and systems, to name a few.
